Dear participants of an adaptation-integration course,

before you head out to us, we would like to provide you with a few important pieces of information:

OUR PREMISES

========================================

Our premises are not barrier-free adjusted. If you have any mobility difficulties, please let us know beforehand. If you have any other disability, feel free to contact us too.

There is no children's corner in our premises. We cannot look after children here. If you come with a child, you will be excused from the course and you will have to register for another date that you can attend without the child.

If you arrive with your pet, you will be excused from the course as well (assistance dog is an exception).

WHAT NOT TO FORGET BEFORE THE COURSE

========================================

Before the course begins, we have to check your registration details. This is the reason why it is necessary to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance and to have your residence permit (biometric card) with you. It is not possible to attend the course without a residence permit!

If you are waiting for a new biometric card and you have already handed in the old card at the office of OAMP, please come to the course after you receive the new card, or contact us beforehand.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COURSE

========================================

The adaptation-integration course will take 4 hours including two 10 min breaks (we recommend bringing some snacks with you).

At the end of the course you will receive a course completion certificate.

In case of absence longer than 30 minutes, participation in the course will not be recognized. It is only possible to excuse an absence from the course due to an unforeseeable event (health problems, transport delays).

You cannot leave the course early.

If you know you cannot arrive to the registered date in advance, let us know.
