Kolín сургалт

Informace k termínu

Dear Participant,

In this letter we would like to remind you of your participation in the adaptation and integration course, which will take place on 6th of December from 9 a.m. till 1 p.m. at the following address: Městský společenský dům v Kolíně, Zámecká 109, Kolín 280 02, and will be held in the English  language.

Please arrive well in advance of the scheduled start time.

During the course, you will be introduced to the rights and obligations arising from your stay in the Czech Republic, the basic values of the Czech Republic, local conditions, and cultural customs that prevail here. You will also receive information about organizations and institutions that provide free counselling services to foreigners.

You do not need to bring anything with you except your residence permit (the so-called ePKP or biometric card), and in exceptional cases, your passport. Upon arrival at the course venue, you will present this document to the coordinator, who will verify your identity, and you will confirm your attendance by signing the attendance sheet.

To complete the course, you must be present for its entire duration, i.e. 4 hours. There is no test or exam – you will simply receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.

If your absence exceeds 30 minutes, your attendance will not be recognized. An absence of less than 30 minutes can only be excused due to an unforeseen event (such as health issues, transport delays, etc.). If you already know that you will not be able to attend the registered session, please let us know in advance.

Please note that childcare is not provided during the course.

We look forward to seeing you.
